Q: How do I decide what to order?
A: Products are listed in categories such as Breakfast, Sandwiches, Savouries etc to help you choose what you need, or you may decide to order from our Corporate Menus which include combinations to cover all tastes. We've also made suggestions on each product page (see O'Briens Tip!) to help guide you on typical orders. If you need any help or advice on what to order, how many people it will serve or which combination is best for you, please call us on our customer freephone number.
Q: Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
A: Yes – we have a number of vegetarian options, and you can include a comment/note with each product order if you have any specific requirements.
Q: Do you provide cups, napkins etc?
A: Yes – we will provide you with all the necessary paper plates, cups, napkins, milk, sugars, and stirrers for your order as standard. If you require anything else such as crockery, glasses, cutlery, table linen etc please give us a call on our customer freephone number and we should be able arrange this for you.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes, the minimum order value is £20 and generally the minimum quantity per platter is for 5 persons.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order?
A: Orders should be placed the day before delivery, however if you have a very large order we’d appreciate as much notice as possible. If your order is for same day delivery please call us on our customer freephone number and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Q: I can't see a store listed in my local area?
A: Your local store may not be set up to take orders online currently, but if you call us on our customer freephone number we’ll try to find a store that can deliver your order.
Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: No, generally delivery is free but if you are a very long way from your local store they may need to add a small delivery charge (if this is necessary we will contact you to discuss when we receive your order).
Q: Can I change my delivery date/time?
A: Yes of course, please call us on our customer freephone number and we’ll be happy to make any changes to your order.
Q: Can you deliver right to the meeting room?
A: Yes - no problem at all, just add a note with specific delivery instructions to your order on the confirmation page.
Q: What happens if my delivery is late or incorrect? Will you refund me?
A: Yes, we will refund you in the case of any error with your order, simply call us on our customer freephone number and tell us what went wrong, so we can ensure it doesn’t happen again
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For online orders you can pay with all major credit cards (depending on the store you have selected they may also accept payment by Paypal account or debit card). If you would prefer to pay cash on delivery please call us to make arrangements.
