Project Summary
This extensive project was carried out in Bridport, Dorset whilst the flats were occupied and involved the removal of coping stones and parapet walls to roof level for replacement wall ties and rebuilding in new block and faced brickwork to match the existing. Removal of 3 large tank rooms, new GRP roof (1035m2) and cladding to parapet walls (298m2) repointing to the whole building (2313m2).
Structural balcony repairs, Removal and rebuild of 10 number chimneys and build new store and garden wall.
