We are excited to share our current progress photo

We are excited to share our current progress photos of our Powerstock site. The build consists of an eco-friendly double barn conversion into bedrooms and bathrooms with living and social space. The external walls will be finished with Clayworks plaster and kiln dried oak flush skirting, allowing for a modern yet comfortable living space. All materials used on site are low carbon and ecologically sound wherever possible.

We are happy to share current photos of another of our Weymouth sites. The new build comprises of 6, 3-bedroom, semi-detached houses. The master bedroom has a personal ensuite. The external finishes vary between bricks laid in stretcher bond and white render. The site shall provide a contemporary, modern and affordable living space and air source heat pumps for an eco-friendly source of heating and hot water.

We are delighted to share our progress photos on o

We are delighted to share our progress photos on our Weymouth site. The scheme will consist of a three-storey extension and refurbishment of a detached house. The build will create a master bedroom with a dressing room and ensuite together three additional bedrooms within the extension. The external walls will be faced with a rustic white brick laid in Flemish bond. To the rear will be a newly built double carport, including two electric car charging points, and double garage sitting alongside a generous paved garden and flower beds. The build includes for an air source heat pump making the build environmentally friendly and provides the infrastructure moving forward with renewable energy sources.
